My own cartoon villain: Dr. Creature

Here is a picture of a new cartoon villain I made. And his name is Dr. Creature. He has a dinosaur body with human skeleton arms and a human head, but he has the ears of a dog, brown horns, yellow eyes and sharp teeth of a cat.
